This pivotal role is ideal for a strong, commercially astute leader who combines clinical credibility with the ability to drive quality, compliance, and performance.
Youll work alongside senior colleagues to ensure every service delivers outstanding care, achieves operational excellence, and upholds the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities Provide operational and leadership support to homes requiring interim management or additional guidance.
Mentor and coach Home Managers, developing leadership capability and accountability within each service.
Lead on quality assurance, compliance, and governance, maintaining excellence in care standards and RQIA outcomes.
Manage service performance, budgets, and occupancy in line with organisational objectives.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and professional integrity.
Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, teams, and key external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria Registered Nurse (NMC) qualification.
Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years in a care home management or senior leadership role.
Demonstrable success in driving service improvement, compliance, and financial performance.
In-depth knowledge of RQIA standards and care sector regulations.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
