We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations.
* A strong background in quality management and auditing is essential, with experience in implementing effective quality procedures and processes that meet regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving high-quality results. A relevant 3rd-level qualification is also highly desirable.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating company-wide quality initiatives, developing documentation on work procedures and processes, as well as establishing training programs for maintenance personnel.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal ,with an emphasis on presenting complex information clearly & concisely.
