Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Architectural Technologist to spearhead the technical design and detailing of residential projects, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Liaising with cross-functional teams comprising design members, contractors, consultants, and clients throughout all project stages.
* Managing multiple concurrent projects, guaranteeing deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
* Conducting site inspections, preparing site reports, and collaborating with contractors to resolve technical issues.
Brief Overview Of The Role:
* A Bachelor's or higher degree in Architectural Technology or a related field is required.
* A minimum of 8 years' professional experience in architectural technology is preferred.
* Detailed knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BC(A)R, planning procedures, and construction standards is essential.
* A proven track record in delivering projects from conception through to completion is highly desirable.
