Strategic Accounts Manager
The Senior Sales Manager for Strategic Accounts will lead all commercial engagements with key global B2B nutrition and dairy customers.
* Develop and execute tailored account strategies for our strategic global customers that prioritise value added growth.
* Build multi-level relationships within strategic accounts to ensure alignment and foster collaboration.
* Lead a high-performing sales team focused on delivering results with our strategic accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, or a related field, and a proven track record in managing large global strategic accounts. They should also possess excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute tailored account strategies for our strategic global customers that prioritise value added growth.
* Sales & Value Add Growth: Lead sales forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.
* Customer Engagement: Own the leadership role within strategic accounts and be the voice of the customer.
