What Youll Do
Be the friendly face of of the client, supporting customers via chat, phone, or email.
Resolve queries quickly and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution with a personal touch.
Own complex cases from start to finish, ensuring fairness, transparency, and excellent communication.
Support investigations into fraud, disputes, and complaints with accuracy and empathy.
Spot and support vulnerable customers, escalating when needed.
Share your knowledge with teammates, helping to improve training and processes.
What You´ll Bring
Fluent English (C1/C2) written and spoken.
Previous customer service experience, ideally in banking, insurance, or financial services.
At least 12 months of experience in complaints handling, fraud & disputes, or working with Mastercard/Visa scheme rules.
A proven ability to meet targets while delivering top-tier service.
Empathy, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help people.
EU passport or Portuguese residency card (mush have).
