The Opportunity
This is not a standard employed role. As aJoint Venture Partner, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and grow audiology services across multiple independent optical practices
Build a scalable, profitable audiology business with full operational backing
Progress intoup to 50% equity ownership
Combineclinical autonomywith realcommercial influence and reward
You will be supported by an experienced central team covering marketing, compliance, operations and business development.
Financial & Benefits Package
Excellent guaranteed first-year salary (€48K)
Uncapped commission and profit share
Commercial selling experience essential
Good financial awareness for accounting
Up to 50% of Shares in Business available
Scalable business opportunity
Typical investment, with company acting as guarantor, business loan £10k - £15k, depending on number of large locations
