Job descriptionThe ideal candidate should be professional, well presented, and maintain the highest level of customer service and operational standards. Candidates should be available for 3 nights per week. Part time positions available, with room for progression. Candidates must have a fluent level of written and spoken English and be computer literate. Experience is not essential, but preferred.Roles and Responsibilities:Preparation and serving of beverages to guests, including room service between 11pm - 7am.To deal with any and all customer requests and queries.To set up function areas for the next day.Physically demanding (Must be able to carry 25kg tables)To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel.To carry out nightly security checks and fire walks of the property.To ensure the security of the property overnight.To carry out Reception duties overnight - including checking guests in and out of the hotel.To report any maintenance or health hazards to ManagementAny other reasonable request by management.The ideal candidate should have the following:Previous hospitality experience is a plus.Good computer skills.Excellent customer service .A warm, friendly and approachable manner.Previous night time work is a bonus.Excellent organisational skills and a "can do" attitude.The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being able to work as part of a team.Must be fluent in spoken and written English.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:On-site parkingWellness programExperience:Hotel Night Porter: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
