Executive Head Chef A prestigious luxury hotel with multiple high-end dining outlets is seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to lead its culinary operation. This is a senior leadership role requiring proven experience at the highest level, with responsibility for large teams, complex service delivery, and consistent excellence across multiple kitchens. Your Responsibilities Lead and oversee all culinary operations across multiple dining outlets, banqueting, and events Set and maintain exceptional food standards aligned with a luxury hotel environment Develop, execute, and evolve menus across outlets with consistency and creativity Manage and mentor senior kitchen leadership teams, including Head Chefs and Sous Chefs Take full ownership of food cost control, GP performance, and supplier management Drive kitchen structure, training, succession planning, and team culture Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, and operational standards Work closely with senior management to support the hotels overall commercial strategy Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or equivalent senior role Demonstrated background in luxury hotel or resort environments Experience managing multiple outlets and large culinary teams Strong commercial acumen with a track record of food cost and margin control Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on, standards-driven approach Ability to operate at senior management level within a complex operation Salary & Benefits €120,000 per annum Senior leadership position within a flagship luxury hotel Autonomy to shape culinary direction across multiple outlets Support from an established senior management team Long-term career opportunity at the top end of the market BURAMB22 INDCAT1 Skills: Multi-Outlet Leadership Luxury Menu Design Food Cost Control Senior Team Management HACCP Oversight Benefits: See Description
