A key requirement for this role is to create digital layouts and inscription templates for headstones and monuments, as well as perform sandblasting of lettering and designs onto stone.
Main Responsibilities:
* Utilize design software to craft memorial inscriptions and templates
* Prepare files for sandblast or laser engraving processes
* Carry out sandblasting of lettering and designs onto headstones and monuments
* Maintain organized records and templates
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer design skills and a keen eye for accuracy, typography, and layout. Proficiency in design software programs, experience with engraving, sign-making, or CAD design, and willingness to learn stone-working and sandblasting techniques are desired.
