You'll receive full training giving you the skills to thrive.Whether customers are seeking information, guidance, or ways to boost their wellness routines, you'll play a vital role in helping them feel healthier, happier, and more confident in their choices.About The RoleReporting to the Assistant Manager, you'll support all wellness brands, giving expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers get the best experience every time.This is an interactive, people-focused role - you'll use your sales and communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their wellness needsYou will keep up-to-date with all the various new wellness lines and promotions within store, so that you can always provide customers with the most up-to-date information.This is a sales-based role, but it's all about team success—no competitive, performance-based commission here.You'll have access to expert hands-on training with premium wellness brands in store, plus a comprehensive learning programmeBe a role model for the 'customer-led' attitude.
