Job Title: HRIS Technical Manager/Senior Manager, Hybrid
This key role involves leading the delivery of technical streams on HR technology transformation projects. You will work closely with clients, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative HR technology solutions that enhance employee experience and align with business objectives.
* Integration Design: Develop and architect integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Core Connectors.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration solutions.
* Integration Strategy: Work with senior stakeholders to define integration strategies.
* Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and performance of integrations.
* Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all integrated systems.
* Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support on technical and project-related matters.
* Project Management: Oversee the integration lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance, to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on integration-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Advanced degree is a plus.
* Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR technology transformation, especially Workday, including hands-on experience with designing and implementing HRIS-related integrations.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, and the ability to translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
* Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing core HR systems and other HR technology platforms.
* Familiarity with HR technology trends and emerging solutions, such as AI, chatbots, analytics, and employee self-service portals.
* Proven track record of leading complex HR technology projects, including vendor selection, project planning, and stakeholder management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
