Job Description
Eligibility: 21 years or older and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for at least 1 year, or 18 years or older for certain disadvantaged groups. Eligibility must be verified by the Department.
This is a developmental opportunity; no experience is necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Duties
Ensure the preparation of meals to the highest standard by supporting the roles of the kitchen team.
Assist with labelling.
Liaise with and support the drivers to ensure meals are dispatched as per meal plan efficiently and timely.
Ensure food safety, hygiene and quality policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
Clean the kitchen, including washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
Load and unload the dishwasher.
