We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic and online learning environment where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office setting. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.


Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to emails and correspondence using outlook and Word.
* Maintain and update digital records and databases.
* Prepare and format spreadsheets using Excel.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.


Requirements:

* A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role.
* Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong team and interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
