Key Responsibilities
* Engage and educate our clients on best practice use of our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Sustainability solutions
* Lead onboarding of clients – including the delivery of hands-on training and system configuration
* Lead on user adoption initiatives
* Develop a deep knowledge of our solutions
* Translate client feedback into actionable insights
Qualifications / Person Specification
* 2+ years’ experience involved in Customer Support within a SaaS company
* Experience managing customer support, renewals, onboarding, and other activities across the typical customer lifecycle
* Experience using CRM systems
* Comfortable using the MS Office suite of solutions
* Analytical, data-driven and process-oriented mindset
* Experience dealing with people at all levels of the organisation
