The 5* Powerscourt Hotel, Resort, and Spa have a vacancy in their food and beverage team for an Assistant Manager in the Sugarloaf Lounge. We are looking for an experienced Hospitality professional to oversee the Sugarloaf Lounge operation. About the role:
The main purpose of this role will be helping the Bar and Lounge Manager with the delivery of 5* service to Powerscourt's guests in the Sugarloaf lounge, the Assistant F&B Manager will hold responsibility for the highest levels of guest satisfaction while ensuring operational and financial target delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Ideally, the candidate should have 1+ years of similar experience in a similar property or environment
* The assistant manager will help with identifying training needs for staff and take pride in team development and management coaching
* We are looking for an assistant manager who will deliver very high standards of knowledge and customer care
* Ability to represent the department at meetings when required
* A willingness for professional development in Powerscourt Hotel and with the MHL Hotel Collection.
