We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Supervisor to join our team on a construction project in Cork City. As a key member of the project development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of this exciting project.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Site Manager on civils projects and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise sites, employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers
* Manage and deliver project programme and procurement needs in conjunction with the Procurement and QS team
* Evaluate and implement H&S measures to safely deliver the project
* Maintain accurate documentation on site including management of the H&S file
* Ensure all H&S measures are in place to maintain the highest standards of health and safety
* Communicate project progress through various channels
* Overall responsibility for managing quality on site and delivering high-quality standards
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager on civils projects
* A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality standards are achieved
* An ability to successfully deliver projects while managing programme, procurement, and quality
* An understanding of H&S best practices and ability to implement effective measures
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software
