If so, then we have an opening for youThe Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right team to support the stand up of manufacturing in our Ireland factory.Working as a Manufacturing Associate (MA) on the lines at Dexcom can be a rewarding role and a gateway to development within the medical devices industry. Our production takes place predominantly in a cleanroom environment and the roles will interact with semi automated and fully automated lines. You will be responsible for manufacturing Dexcom's Continuous Glucose Monitors on one of our shifts (24/7 Operation) and ensuring the highest quality product reach our customersWe are looking to establish a culture of attention to detail, compliance to quality and safety with a focus on continuous improvement.Manufacturing Associate – MA2Where You Come In (essential Duties & Responsibilities)Compliance to all quality procedures; flag if any deviation noted.Completion and maintenance of quality documentation as required for the manufacture of Medical devices (GMP requirements).Comply with all safety requirements and operate in a safe mannerComplete task to predefined deliverables/targets as assigned by your supervisorSet up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product.Responsible for the overall operation of manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, applying labels, packaging, moving raw materials and finished product, and data entry.Checks and inspects product as required against required specificationsAs part of a team ensure communications are clear and courteousWhat Makes You SuccessfulLeaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification (L5)Fluent spoken and written EnglishMedical device and cleanroom experience essentialDemonstrated computer literacyMechanically mindedWorking in a teamCommunication skillsRequirementsHigh level of dexterity and attention to detail is essentialMust be eligible to work in IrelandBe punctual, complete task efficientlyAbility to work on complex tasksWhat You'll GetA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
