Join us as our Senior Product Manager
* This is a fantastic opportunity
for a Senior Product Manager to make a real impact as part of an exciting,
strategic and creative Voice and Broadband Product Tribe.
* This is a Senior
Product Manager role within the Product Tribe and reports to the Voice and
Broadband Product Chapter Lead within the Customer Experience Directorate.
* Senior Product Manager will be primarily responsible for delivering key
initiatives to ensure optimum product performance, compliance and margin
delivery.
* This Senior Product Manager role has a cross-segment responsibility
and will shape and deliver product enhancements to deliver margin targets
across Consumer, Business and Enterprise sectors.
* This will be achieved through
leading the vision, strategic thinking, and implementation of Three's product
strategy which encompasses mobile, broadband and value-added products. The role
requires skills and experience in people management, business planning and
P&L delivery, significant commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder
management & influencing skills
What else it involves
* Relentless focus on delivery of value to achieve Three's strategic objectives.
* Delivery of high priority product initiatives, working with internal segment stakeholders across Business, Enterprise and
* Consumer to define requirements, leading squads where needed to deliver value, and working with external third-party product and technology vendors.
* Working within an agile methodology, this role may lead squads or focus on Chapter work, will be focused on delivery of value and have a flexible growth mindset.
* Own and manage the lifecycle of determined products sold into the different segments – Consumer, Business and Enterprise.
* Development and ownership for report, forecasting & planning across all products. Work with Finance, the Connectivity & IoT product team and sales on QxRF forecasts & budget outlook
* Deliver propositions/enhancements and new products to drive customer volumes, margin and customer retention KPIs. Strong engagement with MEC lead on related small works and RPS activity to deliver proposition.
* Work with Three Group where required to share product updates & experience to all opcos.
* Accountability for customer insight, research, and analysis in so far as it relates to the product portfolio.
* Monitoring and interpreting competitive activity, assessing the potential customer / company impact, and developing response strategies which differentiate Three from the competition.
* Create and drive a high performance and winning culture.

* Proven understanding of what it takes to manage and develop product and proposition teams at the highest level.
* Significant product management knowledge (Launch, go-to-market, In-life and end of life) with proven ability to execute best practice.
* Significant people management experience.
* Proven experience at working and engaging at senior levels.
* Passionate about excellent Customer Experience and innovation.
* Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to understand how we can increase profitability and deliver agreed KPI's.
* Ability to clearly demonstrate achievement of results in previous roles.
