The Role
We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark by leading, coaching and developing a large field-based retail team while driving commercial performance across a multi-million-euro territory.
Here’s how:
Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers and retail professionals across Southern Ireland
Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance across multiple retail locations
Build strong relationships with key retail partners, buyers and store management teams
Deliver commercial strategies that increase traffic, conversion and brand performance
Conduct regular store visits, providing hands‑on coaching and performance support
Champion exceptional consumer experiences and service excellence
Support education and training initiatives within stores, combining leadership with hands‑on development
Monitor merchandising, operational standards and brand execution across all locations
Use sales insights and performance data to identify opportunities and drive business growth
About You
Proven experience managing large, multi‑site retail teams
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of improving team performance
Commercially minded with experience managing significant sales targets and budgets
Skilled in account management and stakeholder engagement
Confident influencing retail partners, store leadership teams and internal stakeholders
Able to demonstrate strategic thinking alongside strong execution capability
Experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion or premium retail environments would be highly advantageous
Passionate about coaching, developing people and creating high‑performance cultures
Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory
