Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
Main Responsibilities

Requirements
* Experience in HR or equivalent work experience supporting colleagues, managing performance, and identifying/implementing solutions.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset with excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
* Spoken and written language skills in English are essential, but proficiency in other languages is desirable.
* Ability to create and deliver effective training programs that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
* Proficiency in relationship management at all organizational levels with the ability to build strong partnerships and collaborations.
* Experience/awareness of employment laws and HR best practices is highly desirable.
