Our Galway-based Financial Services client is looking for a Application Support Test Analyst to join them in their award-winning office. You will be working in a small but dynamic team providing IT support. Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support, although Graduates will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, AD, Exchange, Software, Hardware, and Networking
- Understanding of ITIL Framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
