Responsibilities of the Chef:
6. Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
7. Following food safety and hygiene guidelines
8. Supporting kitchen teams during busy services
9. Managing prep work, stock rotation, and cleanliness
10. Adapting quickly to new kitchens and menus
Requirements for the Chef:
11. 2 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen
12. Contract catering background is beneficial
13. Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training can be arranged)
14. Flexible availability
