Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager in contract management and oversee the day-to-day operations of site projects.
* Utilize Total Station and GPS equipment to set out works efficiently and effectively.
* Conduct regular site surveys and compile As-Built information for valuations, safety files, and future project planning.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including diaries, photographs, and daily allocation sheets.
* Collaborate with the Estimator to provide measures for valuations and identify additional works that require attention.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* Professional registration or membership of a relevant body (desired).
