You'll be responsible for developing engaging content across social media platforms, collaborating with agencies on creative ideas, and utilising the latest digital tools, including AI, to produce high-quality video content.
What You’ll Do:
* Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to execute digital campaigns.
* Create and manage social media content, including video, podcasts, and rich media, to drive engagement.
* Use platform-based tools to produce and edit video content while ensuring brand consistency.
* Identify opportunities to showcase brand events, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives across digital channels.
* Manage and optimise content on employee advocacy platforms.
* Analyse digital performance metrics to refine and enhance campaign strategies.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
* Maintain and update website content with SEO best practices, including metadata and tagging.
* Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase digital conversions.
What You’ll Need:
* 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
* A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital channels.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Experience managing social media communities and employee advocacy platforms is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
* A portfolio showcasing your digital content or campaign experience is preferred.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
* A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
* Proficiency in social media business management tools and video editing software.
* Experience with AI-driven content creation tools is a plus.
* Google Analytics certification and experience in campaign performance reporting.
* Financial service industryexperience is highly desirable
