About This Role
Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Emergency Department. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our emergency department team.
Job Description:
* Responsible for the management of nursing services, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate clinical practices and ensure effective communication.
* Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement, focusing on best practices in emergency nursing.
Bs Required:
a. Registration as a nurse in the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI.
b. At least three years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience (full-time or equivalent hours part-time) in an acute hospital setting and a minimum of three years nursing experience in an Emergency Department
c. A recognised post-registration nursing course – Higher Diploma or Post Grad course, in Emergency Nursing or equivalent OR be pursuing same .
d. Hold An up-to-date Advanced Cardiac Life Support course OR be pursuing same
