Job Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent Contract Manager to support the full lifecycle of service delivery across multiple contracts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records of contract service documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Task Management: Log and process incoming service requests and ensure timely updates and closure.
* Track and monitor job progress from initiation to completion, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with contract terms and client expectations.
* Liaise with engineers and schedulers to coordinate works and resolve any administrative issues.
* Maintain accurate records of contractual tasks.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
* Act as a point of contact for client queries relating to job status, documentation, and service delivery.
* Provide timely and professional responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation:
* Ensure all documentation is filed and maintained in line with company standards.
* Support the Service Delivery Manager in ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and audit requirements.
