Realtime Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Digital Business Analyst/Project Manager with a strong technical background and experience in B2B and SaaS environments. This dual-role position requires a balance of analytical, technical, and project management skills to successfully bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital solutions.
2. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.
3. Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
4. Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions.
5. Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and priorities.
6. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
7. Manage project scope, risks, and changes while maintaining quality standards.
8. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination between business and technical stakeholders.
9. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
10. Facilitate project retrospectives to identify and implement process improvements.
Technical Expertise
1. Work closely with development and operations teams.
2. Evaluate and recommend SaaS tools and platforms to meet business requirements.
3. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Key Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management roles.
2. Proven experience in B2B and SaaS environments.
3. Strong understanding of AWS concepts and architectures.
4. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
7. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project management software is highly desirable.
8. Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and automation tools.
