Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team. This individual will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of 10 warehouse staff members, ensuring they are productive and performing at their best.
* Conduct regular assessments of current warehouse practices and develop new processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and flow.
* Overhaul stock control, order fulfillment, and goods-in/out procedures to ensure seamless operations.
* Implement a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the warehouse team.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
* Collaborate with senior management to align warehouse operations with broader business goals.
Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years of experience managing a warehouse team.
* Strong track record of creating and restructuring processes in a warehouse environment.
* A confident leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
