Responsibilities:
* Monitor employee performance metrics and quality standards.
* Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
* Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement within teams.
* Collaborate with team leads to ensure alignment on quality expectations and goals.
* Provide backup to the training department when required.
* Performs administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar analytical role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coaching.
* Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.
* Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
* Fluent in English and Hungarian.
Salary:
€33000 p/a
Bonus:
up to 10% paid quarterly
