Kerry Fish Trawlers Limited T/A Quinlan's Seafood Bar is seeking to hire 1 Chef de Partie.
Main duties include:
1. Planning menus, preparing, seasoning, and cooking foodstuffs or overseeing their preparation and monitoring the quality of finished dishes.
2. Supervising, organizing, and instructing kitchen staff, managing the entire kitchen or a specific area of it.
3. Ensuring relevant hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen.
4. Planning and coordinating kitchen work such as fetching, clearing, and cleaning equipment and utensils.
Requirements: 2 years of experience required.
Working hours: 39 hours per week.
Salary: €34,000 annually.
