About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist with a proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing small to medium-sized business (SMB) clients. Your mission: to articulate the value of our security-focused SaaS solutions, secure high-quality demo appointments, and contribute directly to the growth of our client base.
You will have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses when you meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and demos booked.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and reach out to SMB prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns
* Clearly communicate the business value of our security SaaS solutions and handle objections with confidence
* Secure demo appointments with qualified decision-makers, including IT managers, business owners, and security leads
* Leverage and expand your LinkedIn network to build connections and increase outreach effectiveness
* Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively
* Accurately track outreach efforts, leads, and demo appointments in CRM systems
* Collaborate with CEO to align messaging and improve outreach strategies
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
* Proven ability to engage SMB clients and secure demo calls
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in outbound calls
* Established LinkedIn network and experience using CRM tools and outreach platforms
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience selling SaaS security solutions, such as data protection, compliance, or endpoint security
* Strong understanding of the decision-making processes and challenges within SMBs
* Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment
* Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach.io, or similar platforms
