* To manage the overall day to day running of all aspects of housekeeping, public areas, bedrooms and all internal areas, and managing the housekeeping team on a day to day basis
* To manage linen requirements and orders
* To manage and maintain housekeeping supplies
* To adhere to and maintain agreed quality standards and records
* To ensure sufficient team members at all times to meet the needs of the business via Roster management
* Quality control of all aspects of housekeeping including hygiene and health and safety
* Assist your Line Manager
* Contribute towards the smooth running of the venue
* Training and development of the housekeeping team
* Adhere to statutory obligations and agreed quality and best practice guidelines
* Understand all aspects of the housekeeping department, to manage and train the housekeeping team to enable them to confidently deal with their roles and daily expectations
* Manage customers' housekeeping expectations and deal with and resolve all queries
