A highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator is required to join our Dublin based client. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and professional standards at all times.
About the Role:
* Manage office administration including order processing, customer service, and account management.
* Provide technical sales support, offering informed solutions and recommendations to customers regarding electric motors, pumps, and associated equipment.
* Liaise with engineering and workshop teams in Cork to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Drive local business development initiatives and support the wider commercial strategy of the company.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an Office Manager or Sales Support role within an Industrial or Engineering environment.
* Strong technical understanding of Electric Motors, Pumps, and Electro-Mechanical Equipment.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a small, dynamic team.
* Proficiency with standard office software and experience with Microsoft Dynamics - ERP/CRM systems preferred.
