We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assessment Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-registration experience in intellectual disability nursing, including experience in complex needs management.
* Evaluate clinical needs and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
* A full clean driving license is required for this position.
