Job Title: Head of People and Culture

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention.
* Introduce and champion initiatives that promote leadership development, career progression, and continuous learning.
* Build and refine people policies and practices, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industry best practices.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Significant leadership experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in people strategy, culture transformation, and organizational development.
* Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership to influence and drive positive change across an organization.
* Deep understanding of modern HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and employment law.
* High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a genuine passion for building outstanding workplace cultures.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration at every level.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use people metrics and insights to support strategic decisions.
