Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin.This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full lifecycle of business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and documentation.Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.Collaborate with UI/UX design teams to develop user journeys, review wireframes, and shape intuitive digital experiences that meet both customer and regulatory needs.Participate in usability reviews and iterative design sessions to ensure user-centric outputs.Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, designers, developers, and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Experience Required:Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business AnalystStrong background in Financial Services, with proven experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven projects.Demonstrated experience working closely with UI/UX teams, including user journey design, wireframe reviews, and supporting user-centred design processes.Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.Benefits:Competitive Daily Rate
