Castle Leslie Estate, one of Ireland's most enchanting estates, is seeking a talented and highly organised Events Coordinator to join our award-winning team.As an Events Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering exceptional events — from luxury weddings and private parties to corporate retreats and estate experiences.
You'll work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard, reflecting the magic and elegance of Castle Leslie.About The RoleKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution of their eventCoordinate all event logistics – timelines, menus, setups and special requestsCollaborate with internal teams (kitchen, F&B, accommodation, front office, etc.)
to ensure seamless operationsConduct site visits and consultations with prospective clientsEnsure every event is delivered with creativity, professionalism, and Castle Leslie charmManage event budgets and invoicing in line with estate policiesAddress and resolve guest concerns or last-minute changes promptly and efficientlyThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or hospitality/events managementExceptional organisational and multitasking skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesA positive, can-do attitude with a passion for guest experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management software a plusAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
