Store Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Retail Leader to drive operational excellence and lead high-performing teams in delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and motivating team members to achieve store targets and uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve store targets and uphold Company standards.
2. Ensure the highest levels of customer service and store presentation at all times.
3. Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, ordering, cash management, and merchandising.
4. Drive sales performance, margin, and profitability through effective planning and team engagement.
5. Maintain full compliance with Company Policies, HACCP, and Health & Safety Regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Retail Management role, ideally within a supermarket or grocery environment. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. A hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate and lead by example. Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster as required.
