An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Associate Specialist Engineering working on the B-Con OSD project.
What you will do: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
Reporting to the Pharm Ops Technical Lead, the Associate Specialist Engineering will provide technical support to the B-Con OSD project for existing equipment, introduction of new equipment and new product introduction into the B-Con OSD Facility.Leads process and equipment optimization to sustain and improve product quality, yields and throughput.
Recommends and implements measures to improve production systems, equipment performance, yields and quality of product.Interfaces with Process Development and Commercialization Group to integrate new products into the B-Con OSD facility either as new process development entities or as product transfer from another manufacturing facility.Supports migration of process knowledge for product technical transfers from facility.Plays lead role in operations and equipment training of Production Team and provides support in the training of Production Operators.What skills you will need: In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
