Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will spearhead marketing initiatives that strengthen the overall brand, drive consumer engagement, and deliver measurable results. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a marketing management role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity.
