Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people presenting with moderate to severe mental health disorders within an under‑18 population of 172,585, covering South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical teams operate clinics throughout the catchment area, including Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow.
Senior Speech & Language Therapist
Job type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hrs per week)
Saint John of God Community Services are inviting applications for the position of SENIOR SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPIST. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, innovative and committed to providing a high‑quality service that meets the priorities of our service users.

Candidates must have:
* Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
* CORU registration
* Minimum of three years post‑qualification experience, with experience in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service an advantage
* Knowledge of Child & Adolescent Mental Health Disorders
* Demonstrated interest in a career within a Mental Health setting
* Flexibility, commitment, innovation, enthusiasm and resourcefulness
Remuneration
Salary Grade 3379 SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPIST, SENIOR on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale: €63,912 – €75,254 per annum pro‑rata.
Initial location
The initial location of this role is Lucena Clinic, Rathgar Team A. You may be required, on occasion, to work at other SJOG CS locations. Notice of any such change will be provided as reasonably practicable.
