We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Services Liaison to join our existing team. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, personable problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Place staff with clients across the healthcare temporary staffing division and fulfill vacancies ensuring all information is recorded on the booking system
* Fulfill all open shifts in a timely manner and coordinate with staff and clients effectively
* Maintain regular contact with clients to supply feedback on their requirements and check if any further requirements
* Assist with employee queries to ensure they are resolved without delay
* Ensure all staff are fully compliant adhering to company standards prior to placement with a client
* Ensure all staff are following timesheet policy and procedural guidelines to ensure payroll efficiency
* Deal directly with payroll enquiries from staff, liaise with payroll and deliver query outcome to staff to the best of ability
* Liaise with the Compliance and Training Departments to ensure ongoing mandatory training requirements are fulfilled and compliance documentation is up-to-date
* Work closely with the Business Development Manager and provide feedback to assist with staff and client planning
* Ensure all internal systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with clients and temps is logged adequately
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
* The ability to listen and guide staff efficiently
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize effectively and work to targets
* Highly motivated and pride in one's work is key to success in this role
* Cultivate relationships with existing clients and build new client relationships
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office package
* Commercial awareness
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
