The Team and the opportunity
People Consulting partners with clients to drive and evolve their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment. Joining the People Consulting team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland.
We have a number of exciting, client-facing roles for individuals with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas:
* Organisation Design
* Communications and Stakeholder Management
* Change Management
* Strategic Workforce Planning
* HR Transformation and Digital HR
The successful candidates will be primarily focused on client delivery, managing client engagements, and providing best-practice advice on workforce planning and other relevant People Consulting service offerings. They will also support the growth of the People Consulting practice in Ireland and generate revenue through business development.
Your key responsibilities
* Developing and sustaining client relationships
* Providing best-practice workforce planning advice and guidance to clients
* Shaping EY’s workforce planning service offering
* Managing more junior resources
* Supporting recruitment
* Role model inclusive leadership to drive a leading people culture in line with EY values
Skills and attributes for success
* Workforce planning skills, including demand and supply analysis
* Understanding of other core People Consulting services
* Demonstrate ability to support the development and growth of business
* Strong personal impact and resilience
* Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful solutions
* Experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
To qualify for the role, you must have
* Experience of strategic workforce planning
* 2+ years similar experience
* Proven track record of managing workforce-related projects
* Experience in a leadership role
* Strong analytical capability
