Process Optimization Specialist
We seek a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in West Cork, Ireland.
* Monitor and improve production process performance (yield, throughput, energy, quality KPIs)
* Investigate root cause analysis and resolve equipment issues
* Support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and commissioning of new process lines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements
Key skills required:

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience supporting production performance, troubleshooting, and/or CI initiatives
