Legal Secretary (Litigation)
One of Ireland's leading defence litigation law firms currently recruiting a Legal Secretary to join their busy, fast-paced team based in central Dublin on a permanent basis. As a core member of this legal organization, you will play a pivotal role in assisting solicitors and Partners to manage the administrative aspects of a consistently challenging, dynamic caseload. Our client's team is committed to providing exceptional legal services in the area of defence litigation, tailored to the unique needs of clients.
Salary: DOE
Hours: 9am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Dublin 2
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Legal Secretary on this team, you can expect to provide vital administrative support to the fee-earning staff, enabling them to work as efficiently as possible. This will include:
Dictation typing
Legal Document preparation
Correspondence with clients, solicitors and external stakeholders
Case Management (Keyhouse)
Printing and filing of physical documentation
Management of busy inbox (Outlook)
Candidate Characteristics:
A desire to build a career in a legal support function (not suitable for FE1 candidates).
1+ years' experience working in a legal or office secretarial role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Typing speed of 50+ WPM
