Senior Risk Consultant
This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in shaping our Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework. As Senior Risk Consultant, you will play a critical part in implementing and embedding a fit-for-purpose ORM framework aligned with the Central Bank of Ireland's PRISM supervision framework.
About the Role
* Owning the implementation and embedding of a fit-for-purpose ORM framework.
* Supporting the operation of the ORM framework, providing oversight and challenge of incident and near-miss recording, root-cause analysis, and lessons learned.
The ideal candidate will have relevant professional qualification in Risk Management, 1–3 years' experience in operational risk management or similar field with strong team-working skills. Ability to influence key business stakeholders is essential for success in this role. A challenging mindset coupled with an appetite to understand operational risk exposures is also necessary.
