Senior Architectural Technologist Opportunity
Galway-based architecture practice seeks an experienced Architectural Technologist to lead large-scale projects across Ireland.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality outputs, coordinating layouts and developing full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects. Your expertise in technical decision-making will ensure alignment with project budgets and contribute to cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce robust architectural deliverables using Revit software.
* Coordinate layouts and develop comprehensive tender and construction documentation.
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
* Contribute to effective cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project goals.
* Participate in site visits and provide construction and technical support.
* Ensure all work adheres to company quality assurance procedures and industry standards.
* Identify opportunities to optimize design, enhance efficiency, and improve profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery.
* Highly proficient in Revit (essential) and experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
* Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing.
* Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations.
* Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation.
* Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland and a valid driving license.
