The job involves supporting corporate & commercial clients with their needs, planning client events & launches, supporting the roll-out of products, demonstrating technical capabilities to new customers & resolving queries/issues from the existing client base.
In addition to the above duties, you will also support communications campaigns, analyze competitor/market activities, assist design teams with customer feedback & support wider management teams in their projects & commercial duties.
Your Key Responsibilities:
·Support corporate & commercial clients with their needs
·Plan client events & launches
·Support the roll-out of products
·Demonstrate technical capabilities to new customers
·Resolve queries/issues from the existing client base
Your Skills & Experience:
·3rd level degree qualified ideally in marketing, business studies or a related discipline
·2-3+ years' experience in a similar client account management or communications focused role
·Proficient in MS Office and office management software
·Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with clients at all levels
The Offer:
This is a permanent position with a base salary depending on experience/qualifications expected to be approx. 35-38k
This role is fully office based in Limerick City centre however there may be the option of some working from home/hybrid after 1 year of service.
