Team Horizon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager (12-month) for our client, a global biopharmaceutical company in Dublin. This person will own and manage the medium to long-term supply plan for their assigned products. The Product Planning Manager will accurately forecast, plan, and schedule products to ensure optimal supply inventory levels meet demand while minimizing scrap risk and improving supply reliability, responsiveness, and stability.

What you will be doing:
* Manage capacity planning activities and communicate/escalate to resource owners.
* Assess inventory positions and execute plans to meet targets.
* Maintain a stable Supply Plan, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions.
* Complete planning cycles on time.
* Develop scenario analyses to support supply chain decisions.
* Collaborate with supply sites to ensure timely supply.
* Work with the Global Supply Chain lead and NPI team on market supply and new product launches.
* Identify scrap risks and implement corrective actions.
* Manage product lifecycle changes and update SOPs for compliance.
* Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Operational Excellence, Lean, etc.).
* Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
* Work independently, guided by operational and project objectives, developing thorough and practical solutions.
* Anticipate and prevent potential problems across diverse issues, including supply, product launches, regulatory filings, and transitions.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to apply:
* Advanced experience with SAP, Rapid Response/APO, CDOCS, CCMS, QMTS.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
* End-to-end supply chain planning experience.
* Proficiency with SAP ECC Planning and Rapid Response.
* Project management skills.
* Ability to analyze complex data, communicate findings, and recommend actions.
* Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and MS Project.
* Strong communication skills.
* Master’s Degree or APICS certification preferred.
* Knowledge of regulatory and pharmaceutical processes.
* Effective root cause analysis skills.
* Team player, self-starter, independent, with ownership mindset.
