The Human Resources Department is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to join the Human Resources team in leading the Recruitment activities for the University. The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual who is keen to expand their Recruitment and Human Resources experience and skills, and to contribute to significant change in a busy department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Recruitment team ensuring successful recruitment of new staff to the University. They will have responsibility for ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness while providing excellent customer service. There will be a particular emphasis on relationship management with the University community and candidates, along with supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring best practice, and administration of national and University policies.
